Validus is the only privately held company in the United States to hold a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Natural Resources Conservation Service as an Approved Source of Conservation Planning Assistance per the Food Security Act of 1985. The MOU allows Validus to train and certify individuals as conservation planners under the NRCS Certification system.
